Gregory T. Lile, MS, BS, NRP, CP-C is a Lieutenant, Paramedic, and Educator with Louisville Metro Emergency
Medical Services (LMEMS), where he has led the last eight EMT Academies and played a role in program development and clinical innovation. With over a decade of leadership and operational experience prior to joining EMS and public service, he is recognized for advancing quality improvement, protocol development, and educational excellence. Greg
currently serves as LMEMS’s representative to NEMSQA, contributing to national quality initiatives such as the Airway Collaborative. He holds a Master of Science in Safety, Security and Emergency Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Services Administration, both from Eastern Kentucky University. His appointment to the NEMSQA Board of Directors reflects his deep commitment to improving patient outcomes and fostering excellence across EMS systems nationwide.
